Supporting Families in Dallas and Collin Counties, TX, with
Yoga & Massage since 2003
"Thank you Mimi, for your prenatal yoga practice! Not only did my prenatal aches and pains feel better after each
class, but I learned so much about giving birth! Erika, 1st time mom, November 2013.
Since 2003, Breathe... Yoga and Massage has built communities in Dallas and Frisco, TX, that nurture and empower families from early pregnancy through new parenthood with expert prenatal and postpartum yoga and massage, childbirth education, nurturing doula care, and baby massage instruction. With over 800 families served, I am dedicated to enhancing your journey, cultivating strength, flexibility, courage, confidence, and a deep sense of trust, through breath, movement, massage, and self-reflection.
I am often asked: Why "Breathe?" My own yoga practice and all my teachings are centered on the conscious use of the breath to balance body and mind, and access our intuition. "To breathe" then, is to bring awareness to our breath and how we can harness its power to bring together strength and courage with trust and surrender, allowing us to be at our best through the amazing challenges and joys of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. - Mimi Mears
"Breath by breath, you will reach the Center; your baby (and you as a Parent) must be born." Pam England, CNM

"I think you do a great job of advocating for what you believe in and still supporting all the choices that are out there. The medical community could certainly benefit from more people with your enthusiasm, passion and excitement! " Becky E, MD, neonatologist, prenatal yoga student, 2nd time mom, August 2012.
